Mega Add-Ons

Yes, you can cancel your Mega Add-On anytime by visiting a CelcomDigi Store. However, an early termination fee will apply.

1. For Viu Premium, Disney+ Basic & Premium, and MobileSHIELD:The fee is based on the recommended retail price set by the service provider, multiplied by the remaining months in your contract. You can check the latest prices on their official websites.
2. For Roaming Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, and Roaming Worldwide (82 countries): The fee is calculated based on the current Mega Add-On monthly price, multiplied by the remaining months in your contract.
   

You may not be eligible for Mega Add-Ons. This usually happens if you:

1. Already have an active device contract (e.g. Easy360 or Pakej MegaJimat), or
2. Are not on an eligible Postpaid 5G plan (minimum: Postpaid 5G 60 SE).
   

1. If you upgrade your plan: your Mega Add-On contract continues without any changes.
2. If you downgrade your plan: your Mega Add-On contract will be terminated, and you’ll be charged an early termination fee.
