When will I receive my pre-ordered iPhone Duo?
Delivery and in-store pickup for iPhone Duo pre-orders begin from 23 October 2026 and may take up to 4 weeks, depending on stock availability.
If you selected in-store pickup, we’ll notify you via WhatsApp and/or email once your iPhone Duo is ready for collection.
Please collect your device within 7 days of receiving the notification. Otherwise, your allocated device may be released to the next customer, and you may need to wait for the next available shipment.
