When will I receive my pre-order?
Delivery and in-store collection for pre-orders will begin from 18 September 2026 onwards.
If you selected in-store pickup, we’ll notify you via WhatsApp and/or email once your order is ready.
Please collect your order within 7 days of receiving the notification. Otherwise, your device may be released to the next pre-order customer and you may need to wait for the next available shipment.
How do I redeem my 10% off Apple product voucher?
Your 10% off Apple product voucher code will be sent to you via WhatsApp or email.
