If you're eligible, your complimentary movie tickets will be delivered within two weeks after the campaign ends. Be sure to check your app notifications for updates.

Why didn’t I receive movie tickets after opting into the campaign?

To be eligible for movie ticket rewards, you must:

1. Be subscribed to one of the following plans at the time of opt-in: SpeedSTREAM Disney+ Hotstar, StreamMORE Disney+ Hotstar, or One™ Ultra.
2. Opt in through the ROI form in this CelcomDigi Showtime website page.
