How to claim your movie tickets?

Tickets are limited every week and given out on a first-come-first-served basis

Step 1

Get access to StreamMORE, SpeedSTREAM, or Mega Add-Ons through the CelcomDigi app, or choose the One™ Ultra plan to get started.

Step 2

From 3:21PM to 11:59PM every Wednesday (12–26 November), log in to the CelcomDigi App and tap 'For You'.

If you’re eligible, you’ll see the '3-2-1 Showtime!' banner — tap it to redeem one (1) GSC movie ticket. You can redeem up to two (2) tickets during the campaign period!

Step 3

On the GSC app or website, select your Zootopia 2 showtime and enter your promo code at checkout.

Tip: You can apply more than one promo code before you pay!

Why can’t I see the 3-2-1 Showtime! banner in my CelcomDigi app?

If you don’t see the 3-2-1 Showtime! banner in the For You section of your CelcomDigi App, it could mean you’re not eligible to redeem free movie tickets for Disney’s Zootopia 2.

But don’t worry — you can still qualify for the next redemption round! Simply subscribe to Disney+ Hotstar via StreamMORE, SpeedSTREAM, Mega Add-Ons, or sign up for CelcomDigi One™ Ultra, which includes a Disney+ Premium subscription.

If you’re already subscribed to Disney+ through CelcomDigi but still can’t see the banner, it means all tickets have been fully redeemed. Try again next Wednesday from 3:21 PM onwards for another chance.

I can see the 3-2-1 Showtime! banner, but the button says “Watch this space!”. What should I do?

The 3-2-1 Showtime! ticket redemption opens every Wednesday at 3:21 PM, from 12 November to 26 November 2025.Since tickets are limited, you may be seeing “Watch this space!” before the redemption window starts or after tickets have run out.

Make sure to log in to your CelcomDigi App exactly at 3:21 PM on Wednesday to redeem your free Disney Zootopia 2 movie tickets before they’re gone.

I’ve claimed my free tickets but lost the codes. How can I retrieve them?

If you’ve already redeemed your free movie tickets but can’t find your voucher codes, here’s how to get them back:

Step 1: Open the CelcomDigi App
Step 2: Open Shop page
Step 3: Scroll down to the Vouchers section and tap View More
Step 4: Tap My Vouchers at the top right corner to view your Zootopia 2 ticket codes
