How to claim your movie tickets?

Tickets are limited every week and given out on a first-come-first-served basis

Step 1

Get access to StreamMORE, SpeedSTREAM, or Mega Add-Ons through the CelcomDigi app, or choose the One™ Ultra plan to get started.

Step 2

From 3:21PM to 11:59PM every Wednesday (12–26 November), log in to the CelcomDigi App and tap 'For You'.

If you’re eligible, you’ll see the '3-2-1 Showtime!' banner — tap it to redeem one (1) GSC movie ticket. You can redeem up to two (2) tickets during the campaign period!

Step 3

On the GSC app or website, select your Zootopia 2 showtime and enter your promo code at checkout.

Tip: You can apply more than one promo code before you pay!

When should I expect to receive my limited-edition CelcomDigi Collectibles?

Once your redemption form is submitted, we’ll process your CelcomDigi One™ Ultra or One™ Pro reward delivery as soon as possible.

You can expect to receive your CelcomDigi Collectibles: Zootopia 2 Treasure Box within 7 to 20 working days from the submission date.

I’ve claimed my free tickets but lost the codes. How can I retrieve them?

If you’ve already redeemed your free movie tickets but can’t find your voucher codes, here’s how to get them back:

Step 1: Open the CelcomDigi App
Step 2: Open Shop page
Step 3: Scroll down to the Vouchers section and tap View More
Step 4: Tap My Vouchers at the top right corner to view your Zootopia 2 ticket codes
