How to buy Hajj Roaming Pass

Get your Saudi Arabia roaming pass in three simple steps

Step 3

Complete your payment. Your pass will activate automatically when you arrived in Saudi Arabia. Ensure Data Roaming setting is turned on.

How to activate your eSIM

Lets setup your new eSIM before purchasing your roaming pass to Arab Saudi

Step 1

Check if your device supports eSIM.
Then complete your sign-up.  

You’ll receive your eSIM QR code and activation instructions via email.

Step 2

Open SIM Manager in your device settings. Select Add eSIM and scan the QR code.

Step 3

Your eSIM is ready to use. You can now purchase your roaming pass.

Step 1

Check if your device supports eSIM.
Then complete your sign-up.  

You’ll receive your eSIM QR code and activation instructions via email.

Step 2

On your iPhone, open Settings.
Tap Mobile Service, then select Add eSIM. Scan the QR code or enter the activation code manually.

Step 3

Your eSIM is ready to use. You can now purchase your roaming pass.

Step 1

On your brand-new iPhone, open Settings. Tap Mobile Service, then select Set Up Mobile Service.  

Tip: You can also transfer your line during device activation.

Step 2

Select the number you want to transfer. Tap Transfer on your new iPhone.

Step 3

On your old iPhone, tap Transfer when prompted.  

Enter your passcode if required.

Step 4

Your line will appear as CelcomDigi – eSIM (Active).

Step 1

On your iPhone, open Settings. Tap Cellular, then select Convert to eSIM.

Step 2

Tap Convert to eSIM to continue. Check that your mobile number is correct.

Step 3

Double-click the side button to confirm. Enter the one-time passcode (OTP) when prompted.

Step 4

Once conversion is complete, your line will appear as CelcomDigi – eSIM (Active).  

Note: After conversion, your physical SIM will no longer be usable.

1. Ensure your iPhone model, iOS version, and network provider are compatible with eSIM. View the full list here.
2. Alternatively, you can convert to a eSIM through our Online Store. Upon sign-up completion, we’ll send you an email with your eSIM QR code and step-by-step activation instructions.
