All repairs are carried out by our authorized service partner, using genuine or equivalent-quality parts to maintain your device’s quality. Each repair comes with a 6-month warranty for added peace of mind.
No. There are no hidden fees besides the service request fee. However, for OPPO and vivo devices, you may be required to pay the full repair cost upfront. Any excess amount will be refunded by our partner after the repair.
